Episode 1
Ainsley Harriott and Grace Dent explore some of the best seaside destinations and dishes the British Isles has to offer, starting with cockling in Llansteffan beach. At Pendine Sands, on the shores of Carmarthen Bay, Grace and Ainsley take a classic T-Bird car for spin on the famous beach.

Episode 2
Ainsley and Grace take a trip along the coast of south Devon. Their journey beings with a tour of the iconic Burgh Island and some of its famous landmarks. In Dartmouth, Grace meets the only commercial scallop free diver to harvest scallops in the UK.

Episode 3
Ainsley Harriott and Grace Dent explore the Easterly County of Norfolk, eating their way from its gastronomic capital, Norwich, to the nostalgic seaside town of Great Yarmouth. Along the way, they pick up their very own house boat to take a trip along the Norfolk broads, home to 125 miles of uninterrupted waterways and a haven for wildlife.

Episode 4
Ainsley Harriott and Grace Dent explore the Scottish county of Aberdeenshire, and get an introduction from historian Dr Fiona-Jane Brown to Scottish fishing communities in the 19th and 20th centuries. A local wildlife guide takes them to visit Troup Head, the only Gannet colony on mainland Scotland and a vital habitat for a huge array of seabirds.

Episode 5
Ainsley Harriott and Grace Dent take a trip around the sunniest place in the UK, the Isle of Wight, beginning at a seaside town with its very own microclimate. At the Isle of Wight Sweet Manufactory, the pair get to live a childhood fantasy making a batch of nostalgic rhubarb and custard sweets, before visiting a restaurant which combines Asian flavours with local seafood and has stunning views of Ventnor Bay.

The Gilded Age
The American Gilded Age was a period of immense economic change, of huge fortunes made and lost, and the rise of disparity between old money and new.
