Bethenny and Fredrik - Season 1

Fredrik invites Bethenny to see what could be their first potential investment property together as business partners. Bethenny fears it could be more of a money pit then a successful flip, and both are left wondering if business and friendship can actually mix.

Bethenny and Fredrik break the news of their partnership to the design team, but not before Bethenny's surprise guests cause some tension amongst the group. With new budget cuts happening, Fredrik is forced to make some major compromises. Meanwhile Bethenny is back in the dating pool with Fredrik as her matchmaker.

With construction underway, Fredrik and Bethenny search for their next investment property; Fredrik's choice of apartments and upcoming travel plans make Bethenny question how serious he is taking their new venture.

Tensions arise when Fredrik learns that Bethenny viewed a potential investment property with his assistant while he was away in Africa; Fredrik and his husband begin to prepare for the arrival of their twins.

After Bethenny and Fredrik's property hunt in Manhattan comes up short, they move their search to the Hamptons. Bethenny's ex-boyfriend resurfaces after a photograph of her on a date is published. Bethenny and Fredrik face off in a dance competition.

Bethenny questions Fredrik's motives after finding some unexpected numbers in the renovation budget; when Bethenny confronts Fredrik, the future of their relationship is put in jeopardy.

Bethenny and Fredrik kick into high gear to meet their renovation deadline; Fredrik flexes his construction muscles while both shop for a porcelain throne; as time runs out, Bethenny and Fredrik hope the apartment can be staged and finished in time.

With Bethenny and Fredrik's renovation coming to an end, they prepare to put the apartment on the market; Fredrik celebrates the pending arrival of his twins; Bethenny and Fredrik's design choices are put on display at their first open house.
