Everyone says their last goodbyes to Roberto, who in his will divides his shares equally for Mila, Betty, and Armando, on the condition that Betty is once again president of Ecomoda. Will she accept? Will she decide to formalize her divorce with Armando after an unfortunate encounter?

While Betty and Armando try to get to an agreement, Gutiérrez returns to Ecomoda. Mila tries to convince Betty to take the presidency, but she is not willing to. Furious with her mother and having found her father in a compromising situation, she seeks refuge in Marcela. To get her daughter back, Betty makes up her mind.

Armando and Betty are still distant, and she is sworn in as the new president of Ecomoda. Nacho continues to spy on the company, and Betty finally learns Armando's secret, as Hugo tells her that he has not paid the employees' social benefits for months. Will this mean the end of Ecomoda?

Des-Armando
Jeff organizes a neighborhood bazaar in honor of his grandmother and invites all his Ecomoda fellows. He asks Mila to attend, but she prefers to accept an invitation from Nacho, this will not go as expected. After attending group therapy with Freddy, Armando arrives at the bazaar ready to confess the whole truth to Betty.

Ecomoda's board reunites, and everyone refuses to pay Armando's bail. The espionage against Ecomoda is discovered, but Nacho manages to incriminate Armando. Pressured by everything, Mila gets into trouble with the police. Later, Betty goes to jail to ask Armando for explanations, still the conversation turns into something more.

Betty leaves the prison confused and crosses paths with Majo. Meanwhile, Mila manages to get out of the police station with the help of Nacho and later argues with Marcela, who, worried, confesses to Betty that she does not know where her daughter is. Finally, Majo gets Armando and Gutiérrez out of jail. What will she ask for in return?

Five years ago, Betty and Armando celebrated Mila's 15th birthday. In the middle of the joyful family celebration, Mario Calderón returns, and his presence generates a lot of tension between Armando and Betty. Meanwhile, Marcela and Nacho form a secret alliance. After finding Marcela and Armando in a compromising situation, Betty decides to leave him.

Hugo leads a strike by the workers' union at Ecomoda, while Betty, Marcela, Mario, and Esteban visit Pascual to convince him to sell them the warehouses. Also, Mila has new proposals to help Ecomoda. Hermes finds Betty's diary and deciphers the past. After a night out with her friends, Betty ends the night in an unexpected way.

Betty wakes up with no memory of the night before and is surprised that she is not at home. Mila discovers Nacho's true colors. Will he take the opportunity to confess his identity to everyone? Armando decides to visit his daughter and Betty, but he meets Hermes, who stops him in his tracks, requesting for explanations about what he read in Betty's old diary.
