Big Brother: Celebrity Hijack (2008)
In January 2008, a spin-off of the popular 'Celebrity Big Brother' aired called Big Brother: Celebrity Hijack. To avoid more criticism after the racism controversy that Channel 4 had to go through with 'Celebrity Big Brother 5', this series aired instead. Dermot O'Leary presented the series which aired on E4, 12 housemates each with a special skill were sent into the house as a normal set of housemates. However the role of Big Brother was replaced by celebrities who took control of the house each day. The series only aired once, as 'Celebrity Big Brother' returned on Channel 4 in 2009.
