King of the Gulf
Buddy Guidon is a legend in the Gulf of Mexico. Through years of hard work he built up his fishing business and opened up "Katie's Seafood Market"; now he's got his whole family involved. Buddy's son Nick runs the business side of the company, and he's got an order for 15,000 lbs of fish that needs to be caught in 24 hours. With no crew available to help with the request, Buddy must go out with his brother Kenny and son Hans to do it themselves. When Hans injures his arm though, Buddy and Kenny are in a race against the clock to catch enough fish to fill the order.

Blackjack is Back
Katie's Fish House is one of the busiest fisheries in the Gulf of Mexico, and a recent quota increase has made them even busier. Nick not only has to deal with the demands of a bustling fish house, but also his overbearing father, Buddy, critiquing his every move. Things get even more heated when Buddy finds out that one of his captains brought in a batch of bad Red Snapper under Nicks watch.

The Warsaw Pact
Hans takes his crew on a journey around the Gulf to hunt the monster known as the "Warsaw" in order to prove his legendary status.

Hit Rock Bottom
At Katie's Seafood Market the quota has increased and so have the problems. Nick now has to work double time to not only sell fish, but to find storage for the influx of snapper coming in. Meanwhile, Hans is out at sea fishing for grouper, but when problems arise he must decide whether to play it safe or risk it all. When Mac reveals that his car is broken down, Buddy takes it upon himself to get it repaired. Buddy has taken a back seat in the day-to-day operations at Katie's, and has left it up to his sons to keep the business a success.

Clash of the Guindons
When Nick learns that he's 10,000 pounds short on a snapper order, he turns to Hans and Kenny for help. Kenny has been Katie's Seafood's go-to guy for years, but his cocky nephew Hans claims to be the best fisherman in the family. The two decide to split the order, and settle the score by competing to catch 5K pounds of snapper first. Meanwhile, Buddy is involved in his own battle: recreational fishermen in the Gulf of Mexico are illegally catching snapper out of their season, and Buddy takes it upon himself to find out who's behind this and prevent them from damaging the fishery. Adding to the challenges at Katie's Seafood, Ricky struggles to fix problems with the online shipping boxes after a customer complains of spoiled fish.

All Fish and No Play
Hans is wrapping up a long grouper fishing trip when Nick calls to let him know that Katie's Seafood is facing a snapper shortfall, and he'll need to catch 5,000 lbs before he returns to dock. Unfortunately, Hans can't find a spot where the fish are biting, and when he calls his uncle Kenny for advice, they get in an argument and Kenny refuses to help him.

Hurricane Buddy
When Katie's Seafood gets an unexpected offload of snapper, Kenny's fishing trip is sidelined. Even Nick, the fish house manager, is caught off-guard by it. Kenny learns it was all Buddy's fault, giving the boat the green light to offload and not telling anyone else. Now, the fish house is over capacity with red snapper. And Kenny and his crew can't go fishing and earn a paycheck. It's a classic case of "Hurricane Buddy" - stirring up chaos and leaving victims in its wake. But this time, Kenny's had enough.

Deckhand Down
Hating the market, Chris goes to work on the water with Kenny. The extra help comes just in time after two of Kenny's deckhands become unable to work. What starts as a banner trip soon becomes deadly, as one of Hans' deckhands comes down with a deadly infection. It's up to Buddy, in a race against the clock, to sail out in the middle of a storm, and rescue the hurt sailor.
