Atia and Khalid have £40,000 to relocate their dated bathroom to a different part of the house, while DIY fans Caitlin and her cousin Charlotte have just £750 for a renovation project

In the Big House in Croydon, Graham and Rachel have 190k for a double storey extension. In East Kilbride, Sharon and Ian in the Little House have 50k to almost double their living space.

Somerset
Michelle and Barry in Somerset have 70k to build a kitchen diner

Leicestershire and Ashtead
Aidan Keane helps two couples improve their kitchen living areas. There's a £95k budget for the Big House in Leicestershire, whilst the Little House, Ashtead, has £50k for a new extension.

Portsmouth and Halesowen
Aidan Keane helps two couples with different budgets transform unused spaces in their homes. In Portsmouth, Poppy and Pam have £50k, and in Halesowen, Nik and Jyoti have £35k.

Edinburgh and Matlock
In Edinburgh, Iain and Frankie have £190k to renovate their beautiful Victorian villa. In the Little House in Matlock, John and Vanessa have £40k to transform a barn into a holiday home.

Norwood and Brixton
In this episode Aidan tackles two contrasting projects as they look to make the best of their inside and outside spaces. In the Big House in Norwood, Brenda and Michael have £25k to tear down the walls and open up their boxy bungalow. They want to create a social space that stretches out into their garden. But with money tight it'll be a big ask. In Brixton, Paul, who works in marketing, has a small budget of just £500 to breathe new life into his garden. Having already finished renovating the inside of his flat he wants the outside to match. Using his years of experience, Aidan helps both couples spend wisely - but will they listen?

Northamptonshire & Greater Manchester
In this episode, Aidan Keane helps two couples design their new extensions. In the Big House in Northamptonshire, Jon and Jo have £50k to open up their dated property and create new areas to live and entertain in. The budget is tight but they're prepared to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in to get the job done. In the Little House in Greater Manchester, James and Lucy have £20k to breathe new life into their dark and damp cellar and transform it into a light, bright family-friendly space. Using his years of experience, Aidan helps both couples spend wisely - but will they listen?

Kettering & York
In this episode Aidan helps two couples looking to make major alterations to their current layouts. In Kettering, Big House couple Shaun and Cynthia have £30k to update their tired spaces and turn them into areas that the family can gather in and enjoy. If living through a build isn't stressful enough, Cynthia bravely takes the reins to manage the project through to completion. In the Little House in York, Sarah and James have £16k to move the walls and add a modern, contemporary kitchen/diner to their bungalow.

Huddersfield and south-east London
In this episode Aidan's helping two sets of homeowners who are looking to make a healthy profit. In the Big House in Huddersfield, Clementina and her sister Martha have a £100k budget to completely renovate a five bedroom property and turn it into high-end student rental accommodation. With plenty of work needing to be done, will they pull it off? In the Little House in south-east London, Helen has £35k to turn her tiny two bed terrace into a family-sized four bed home. She hopes to sell the property once the work is completed. Using his years of experience, Aidan helps both couples spend wisely - but will they listen?

West London and Manchester
Laura and Richard want to create a kitchen family space with an interesting design theme in their Victorian home. Anna and Chris want to build an extension to revolutionise how they use their home.

Peterborough and Surrey
Christine and Stephen are opening up their downstairs to make a user-friendly kitchen living area. Rosie and Paul need nifty design ideas to create their dream kitchen diner, with space at a premium.

Crowborough and Wetherby
Reg and Paula have £25,000 to create their dream kitchen diner and connect the inside with the outside. Saul and Amanda have £7000 to knock through from their kitchen into the dining room.
