Episode 1
In this first episode, Jamie is in Italy for his toughest gig yet, the wedding of one of his most treasured clients. A multi-venue event spans four days and the length and breadth of Venice. Jamie needs to transport himself, his team of almost 40 and over 100,000 stems of the best flowers available everywhere by boat, in baking heat. Back in London, Afia tackles an outdoor wedding and has to think on her feet when construction issues threaten her design.

Episode 2
Jamie's in Venice with a limitless budget and complete creative freedom, fashioning two stunning set-ups for the wedding of one of his most treasured clients. He has assembled a squad of talented florists to help him as he transforms an ancient palazzo and a world-famous hotel. On the outskirts of Edinburgh, Ian and his team of florists attempt their biggest ever floral arch. It's just the starting point of an epic installation within a stunning castle. With so many weddings scheduled for the summer, time is the biggest pressure so there's not a moment to waste.

Episode 3
Paula heads to the Netherlands to hunt for the freshest blooms as she prepares for her friend and fellow wedding planner Hannah's big day and with the great and good of the industry invited, she's determined to pull out all the stops. Ricky has his hands full creating a floral wonderland for a birthday party for a seven-year-old, while Philip is hard at work on the annual Chelsea in Bloom extravaganza.
