Billy is an impudent rascal, who torments cats with its rotznasigen Kumpanen with preference. A daily drives it it too far and excites the anger of Ali, the magician. But a rescuer in the shape of Sir Hubert, an eccentric cat with English ancestors appears there. It leads it also to its magnificent living place, an old Cadillac at a scrap iron place. There Billy saves the pigeon jumbo jet from the always hungry Sir Hubert.
