Gok Wan and a team of experts help members of the public with their jewellery problems. In this episode, he meets a woman with an heirloom in need of a transformation.

Jewels fit for royalty make their way to Mr Freeze's counter, while Helen Dimmick picks out a first-class item for a student and impresses an Art Deco fan.

Gok Wan learns the story of a lucky necklace that made its way to the UK with a Czech family fleeing invasion, while a mum wants to design a ring for her daughter's 18th birthday.

Chris has a very tricky fix on his hands with an engagement ring which has previously lost its prized stone and undergone three repairs. On the buy counter, Helen makes Rita's day by finding her a beautiful ring to represent her birthstone, all for under her budget.

It's an emotional time for Gok and Kiran, as Kiran has to use all his skill and experience when he is entrusted with making a new wedding band for Maria and Lee. Tracy has to price up an exotic continental collection inherited by one customer, while Helen helps Mohamed buy a birthday gift for the most important person in his life, his mum.

Nikki creates a bespoke wedding ring for Gina and Oskar from family heirlooms, while David tries to source special stones to replace those missing in Louise's moonstone necklace. Mr Freeze is given a lesson in haggling by Suzanne, who manages to fetch a price she's more than happy with, and another customer impresses him in the art of salesmanship while looking to sell Brazilian emeralds.

Nikki makes engagement rings for an already married couple using gemstones that prove to be problematic, and David has his work cut out for him with some missing opals. Meanwhile, Mr Freeze is not having much luck valuing a gemstone Gok adores that could be worth more than a million pounds, and Tracy's eyes light up for some gold jewellery.

Gok Wan and the team are challenged with the task of transforming an Art Deco diamond ring into a contemporary item of jewellery. Elsewhere, Helen matches a customer's sparkling sapphire ring to a new pair of earrings, and Mr Freeze meets a student who brings in a ring she found buried in her garden.

Lydia gets a decent proposal with a couple looking for wedding rings and Mr Freeze is charmed by a customer's bracelet.

Gok Wan meets a woman who has inherited her nana's ring, stirring up loving memories of family time together. Lydia makes her customers' day by surprising them with Bling that they consider the perfect price.

Gok Wan meets Simone and Mara, who have a very special commission for Nikki on the Make counter, while Emma visits David on the Fix counter in the hope he will make her husband's day. Tracy meets her match at the Sell station, while Lydia on Buy helps a woman on her way to her wedding day.

Gok Wan gets his hands on a jade bangle that might not be all it seems, and Mr Freeze meets a hard bargainer who wants to sell a collection of family heirloom jewellery. Elsewhere in the workshop, Nikki is able to create a whole new setting for a customer's beautiful sapphire.

Gok Wan meets a customer who gives Kiran an emotionally charged commission to make one ring out of her, and her late husband's, wedding rings, while Chris is entrusted with making a broken engagement ring whole again for a customer desperate to see it back on his wife's finger.

Gok Wan meets Tammy, who wants to create a memorial pendant, with Nikki helping turn Tammy's dreams into reality. David fixes a much-loved and worn bracelet so it's fit for a wedding day, and Mr Freeze sets one customer up for a fabulous cocktail hour. Plus, on the Buy counter, Lydia encourages a mum of four who's always helping others to treat herself to a bit of bling.

Gok Wan guides another happy shopper through the satisfying process of selling old items to buy something brand new. And resident jeweller Kiran Singh is tasked with creating a super sparkly cuff decked out in one customer's stunning array of gems.

Gok Wan helps Kiran on the make counter transform a stunning diamond ring into a fashionable necklace for customer Alison's son.

Gok Wan meets a customer who needs David to restore two rings, and Mr Freeze has a shock for a customer who brings in her engagement ring to sell. Meanwhile, Kiran has a technical challenge to make some identical bangles.

Mr Freeze gets revved up over a pair of vintage watches, and Tracy finds herself swayed by a little ruby and diamond number. Meanwhile, Helen entices a fellow gemologist with some bespoke pieces, and David is worried he may not be able to fix an unusual ring.

Expert fixer Chris tries to reverse the damage done to a wedding and engagement ring, and Gok Wan commissions a very special piece from master maker Kiran Singh.

Gok and Nikki on the Make counter meet Kate, who's wanting to combine two sentimental rings into a memento for the future, while Mr Freeze is foxed by a watch.
