With their dad working on a cruise ship for a week, he reluctantly leaves Blossom in charge. As Blossom laments to Six about how to tell Anthony that his girlfriend is a thief, she soon discovers bigger problems when Joey arrives home, announcing that someone stole their dad's car at the mall, only to discover that it's in the police impound lot.
