When a famous movie star, Russell Berke, who shadowed Danny for research on his next role, is stabbed, Danny goes to his aid, but must keep the crime on the down-low due to Russell's celebrity status.

Danny becomes the lead hostage negotiator when a prime informant in a large drug case holds Erin at gunpoint inside the courtroom. Also, when Jamie disobeys his lieutenant's orders and gets suspended, Frank must decide a proper punishment.

The Truth About Lying
Danny and Baez investigate the death of a teenage girl who appears to have been pushed in front of a subway car by a homeless man. Meanwhile, Frank is annoyed at having to meet with the newly appointed Inspector General who will now have oversight of NYPD policy.

Lost and Found
When Danny and Baez suspect a little girl might be the victim of a kidnapping, the girl's mother denies it, but her story doesn't add up. Meanwhile, Frank pays a visit to a priest, a counselor to the NYPD, who was arrested on a DUI charge.

Growing Boys
When a gangbanger dies after Jamie chases him away from the boy he is mentoring, Jamie's conduct is called into question. Meanwhile, Baez goes undercover to get information on Danny's ex-girlfriend's fiancée who is dealing drugs from his gym.

Drawing Dead
When an officer is accused of using excessive force on a suspect, Frank finds his department under scrutiny from the community and the mayor. Meanwhile, Danny and Baez investigate the murder of a Wall Street securities trader who was deep in debt due to a gambling addition.

Justice Served
Following Frank's dinner with mob lawyer Angelo Gallo, Gallo is shot, and Frank narrowly escapes with his own life. Meanwhile, Danny is called for jury duty, and winds up being the sole dissenting opinion in a murder trial.

Bad Blood
Danny and Baez investigate a homicide in which Baez's estranged brother, a former drug addict, is the lead suspect. Meanwhile, Frank learns one of his most highly decorated officers, a German Shepherd in the K9 unit, is being accused of police brutality, and Henry investigates the widow of a former NYPD pal who might have had a hand in her husband's death.

Mistaken Identity
Danny and Baez investigate a local bombing, but meet with tension and resistance from the community during the investigation. Meanwhile, Frank must deal with the political fallout when a man punches an officer who was overly aggressive in his questioning.

Ties That Bind
Danny's loyalty is tested when he is assigned to the case of a childhood friend, Mickey, who is under investigation for having ties to an infamous mob family. Meanwhile, Frank gets word that crime is on the rise due to a recent judicial ruling about the legality of the "stop and frisk" policy.

The Boogeyman
When Danny learns from Nicky that there's a deadly new brand of heroin hitting the streets, he begins an all-out manhunt for the distributor. Meanwhile, Frank pulls out all the stops to assist in getting the drugs off the street.

Danny and Baez must track down a Marine veteran who Danny thinks is suffering from PTSD. Meanwhile, Frank is caught off-guard during a press conference by a woman who is seeking justice for her murdered daughter.

Danny and Baez investigate the murder of Tiffany Lamp, a popular drag queen from a reality television show who was found murdered in a local park. Meanwhile, Erin reexamines a drug case scheduled for trial after she is abducted by the accused man's mother.

Open Secrets
When Danny and Baez investigate the kidnapping of a young girl who disappeared after school, it brings back difficult memories for Danny, who worked on a similar unsolved case many years ago. Meanwhile, Frank butts heads with Inspector General Kelly Peterson when he refuses to divulge information about a program that allows Frank to oversee intelligence officers abroad.

Insult to Injury
When Danny takes a call from a woman who is threatening to kill herself along with the man who killed her parents in a drunk driving accident, he rushes to find her. Meanwhile, Frank accompanies his grandson, Sean, on a class field trip and struggles to get the lead chaperone to loosen the reigns so the kids can have fun.

Danny and Baez investigate when an expectant mother is a victim of a "knockout game," in which teenagers punch unsuspecting civilians in the head. Meanwhile, Frank wrestles with promoting an officer when he thinks it can be viewed as favoritism.

Danny and Baez investigate the death of a woman whose body was dumped after she was killed by a lethal dose of lidocaine following secret plastic surgery. Meanwhile, Frank privately assigns Jamie a cold case and Erin tries out speed dating.

Secret Arrangements
Danny and Baez investigate the murder of a respected college professor who was involved with a questionable scholarship program. Meanwhile, Danny discovers that his father didn't tell him that the District Attorney is investigating Danny for ethical and procedural violations.

Custody Battle
When Erin is assigned to investigate a case in which an on-duty police officer is accused of killing a suspect already in custody, Frank urges her to stick to the facts to avoid a publicity scandal for the NYPD. Meanwhile, Jamie urges Eddie to forgive her father for his past mistakes.

Above and Beyond
When a detective from Danny's precinct is killed while working undercover, Frank puts on a full-court press to find his killer, only to discover that the deceased had a big secret. Meanwhile, Jamie and Eddie help Nicky track down a former classmate who is living on the streets.

Exiles
When Danny is placed on modified duty after investigating a case that was off-limits, he realizes he stumbled upon something that someone is trying to keep quiet. When he passes the tip on to his father, Frank is alarmed when he learns the enormity of this case and the internal involvement.
