Instagram sensation Pollyanna gets bad news about her dreams of going blonde; and Bradley asks for a multi-coloured hair transformation - with matching eyebrows. Hairdressers Daniel and Nathan, beauticians April and Melissa, make-up artist Alex, and cosmetic doctor Dr Esho are the team charged with transforming the nation's hair and beauty fails.
