One terrible day, the most ordinary English teacher Dasha Muratova will be forced to radically change her way of life. Without wanting it, she will become the head of a large Moscow pharmaceutical concern. Until that moment, its owner was her older brother Vladimir Muratov, but he died under mysterious circumstances. A yacht explosion took his life, his wife died with him, and a fire destroyed all the material evidence that shed light on the case. Grief-stricken Dasha is left with a growing orphan Katya and the largest pharmaceutical holding "Gipppokrat". In general - goodbye to the usual life in the provinces, high school, a big break and gatherings in the teachers' room with her friend Lariska - hello Moscow and the work of restoring and re-launching a mothballed medical plant. It won't be easy for the "Reluctant Pharmaceutical Queen" - she will have to take the pharmacy business with an iron fist, otherwise the "local mafia" has become too unruly.
