Phil notices a disturbing amount of disappearances in the neighborhood, and finds out that Evil has kidnapped everyone he knows and loves (or doesn't). Phil recruits all of the help he can find to find Evil's fortress, infiltrate it, and save everyone. All the while, Evil brandishes a death cannon capable of levelling the entire city!
