They later get their engines revving at the exciting gathering of almost 7,000 other bikers at 'Hoggin' the bridge'.
Henry Ashby spends his days scavenging through the undergrowth near the Severn Estuary for hidden edible treasures with his dog. With 50 years of foraging experience he's well equipped to look for ingredients for Monmouth's Michelin-starred Whitebrook restaurant, where head chef Chris Harrod purts the foraged food to good use.
