I tre sceneggiatori, svogliati come sempre, per non doversi sforzare troppo nella creazione della trama decidono di riproporre uno dei personaggi de Gli occhi del cuore ovvero il notaio interpretato dal comico Nando Martellone. René è preoccupato da questa scelta ma viene rassicurato da Lopez che inoltre lo esorta ad utilizzare un linguaggio molto più scurrile nelle battute per rendere la serie ancor più realistica e politicamente scorretta. Questa nuova direttiva viene accolta con troppo entusiasmo da Stanis che inserisce nei dialoghi imprecazioni molto colorite che però danno un effetto comico più che realistico. Alla fine Martellone prende in mano la situazione e propone di modificare la trama del suo personaggio, così la scena che inizialmente prevedeva il risveglio dal coma del notaio diventa una toccante scena di eutanasia. Durante le riprese si presenta sul set Tyron, un amico americano di Arianna, e la prestanza fisica del ragazzo fa ingelosire Alessandro.
