Paul and Terry travel to Texas to meet a female war veteran with breasts and body disfigured by a lightning strike; a woman with a misplaced toe on each foot.

Double Trouble & a Chest Bubble
The Doctors travel to Iowa to see a young father whose infected chest implant is threatening his life. Then, they meet a pair of twins with matching cleft deformities who want to look more identical.

Crooked and Cracked
The doctors head down south to Louisiana to meet with a man whose nasal syndrome has him tired of facing the public. Traveling back to California they meet with a woman who was born with a conjoined twin at the butt.

The Chronicles of Hernia
Doctors Dubrow and Nassif travel to Virginia to meet a young woman with severely deformed breasts. Enlisting an ex-CIA disguise specialist, the doctors aid a musician born without an ear. Doctor becomes patient when it's discovered that Dr. Nassif has a serious medical condition.

Boobs & Tubes
The doctors set out for Vegas to meet a young mother born with Pectus Excavatum, and whose underlying breast issues are getting harder to deal with. In Chicago they consult with a woman born pre-maturely whose nasal complications grew with her into adulthood.

Collapsed in & Busted Out
Dr's. Dubrow and Nassif head to Arizona to help a woman whose nose collapsed into her own face. In NYC, they meet a college student with an extremely oversized breast, and later ride through Central Park checking up on the HBIC, Tiffany Pollard.

Lip Service
In the season finale, the doctors visit a young mother in Detroit who breasts never developed normal tissue due to Tubular Breast Deformation. In Atlanta they consult with a woman who has a tumor that causes her to have overgrown tissue in her mouth. Before leaving the ATL, they check in with another Georgia Peach, past patient, Dwight Eubanks.
