Andrey waits for Tanya who, having asked for leave at parents, has to remain with him on all night long. In this regard Andrey asks Ivan to spend the night in shop. Leaving, Ivan, closes the apartment from within, cutting off Andrey from the outside world. In shop Ivan persuades Arkady Mikhaylovich to take it with himself in a casino, periodically helping it to justify by phone before the wife. Andrey perelazit through a neighbour's balcony and they with Tanya go to shop to take away keys from Ivan. Without having found the brother in shop, young people decide to spend the night in construction "cradle". But they will be prevented again by Ivan who as always at the wrong time will return from a casino.
