Now that Jae Rim knows Eui Ju is her grandson, she wants to do everything for him, but Eui Ju feels uncomfortable with her efforts. Meanwhile, Hye Ra grows even more suspicious about Kyung Hwa and Myung Chul's relationship. Jang Won decides to visit Han Yang's house to uncover the truth for Su Jeong.

Eui Ju reveals that he's Joo Woo Jin's younger brother and the heir of Masung Group. Su Jeong and Jang Won are stunned by his announcement and bombard him with questions. Meanwhile, Jae Rim decides to tackle the issues surrounding Eui Ju directly, planning to bring Eui Ju and Young Ae home to discuss everything with her family.

Su Jeong informs Hye Ra and Han Yang she possesses what's necessary to hold them accountable for their sins. Meanwhile, Eui Ju and Young Ae inherit their shares of the Masung Group as specifically outlined in Sung Pil's will. Woo Jin is frustrated by the prospect of competing against Eui Ju, another Masung Group heir.

Su Jeong is flabbergasted by Woo Jin's sudden marriage proposal, and Jang Won sternly opposes the proposal. Han Yang sneaks into Jang Won's house and tries to recover the painting by Je In, Su Jeong's mother. Meanwhile, Su Jeong meets James at the company and has a surprising opportunity handed to her.

Under James Weaver's condition, Yong Su Jeong returns to MS Homeshopping and gets to host a live show. Han Yang tells Myung Chul that Hye Ra is his daughter and orders him to remove Su Jeong from the company. Meanwhile, Eui Ju succumbs to Jae Rim's request to watch Su Jeong's live broadcast and heads to the broadcast station.

After Su Jeong's successful show, Woo Jin hints at his plans to launch a show named after her. Su Jeong hadn't anticipated that her return to the company would result in something as significant as her own show, but she's excited about the opportunity. Meanwhile, Hye Ra leverages Kyung Hwa and Myung Chul's affair to seal a deal with Kyung Hwa. Eui Ju also makes the decision to join the company himself. 

Woo Jin is furious that Eui Ju will be joining MS Homeshopping and working closely with Su Jeong. At the same time, Kyung Hwa makes sure Woo Jin knows she intends to back him to reach the highest echelons of the company. Meanwhile, Hye Ra is wary of Myung Chul's true motives in assisting her.

Hye Ra's transfer to the Philippines has been called off. Instead, she will be joining Su Jeong and Eui Ju on the Yong Su Jeong show. At the same time, a company-wide rumor circulates concerning Su Jeong and Eui Ju. Meanwhile, Myung Chul becomes aware of the possibility that Kyung Hwa is handling funds without his knowledge and decides to confront her about it.

Woo Jin walks into Su Jeong's home without notice and takes Young Ae to his house. Jae Rim wants Eui Ju to move in along with Young Ae. Meanwhile, Su Jeong gets slapped in her face right before her live show begins. She soon learns about a past incident in which Su Jeong's birth father was involved.

After the Yoon Seul Beverages deal collapses, Su Jeong focuses on uncovering evidence of Han Yang's exploitation of her parents' names. Meanwhile, Woo Jin informs Kyung Hwa of his unwavering intention to marry Su Jeong. In response, Kyung Hwa summons reporters and delivers a startling announcement.

Woo Jin is upset by a sudden engagement announcement, prompting Myung Chul to scheme against him to assist Hye Ra. Eui Ju seeks Jae Rim's assistance to resolve Su Jeong's difficult predicament, and Jae Rim proposes an irresistible deal to Eui Ju.

To help Su Jeong, who fell into a trap, Eui Ju accepts Jae Rim's proposal. Eui Ju is given a new position in the company, which makes Hye Ra anxious. Woo Jin wants to refuse the engagement, but Kyung Hwa brings up the past and reminds him they're on the same side.

A lot changes for Su Jeong after she is released, mainly her interpersonal relationships and her position at work. Eui Ju tells Hye Ra and Mi Yeon off about their wrongdoings and warns them to watch themselves. After bringing Hye Ra over to discuss the engagement, Woo Jin talks with Eui Ju about Su Jeong, which quickly gets heated.

Hye Ra and her mom visit Woo Jin's house to discuss the engagement. Eui Ju explains to Su Jeong that their relationship cannot remain the same anymore. Hye Ra tries to win over Ha Min's heart. Young Ae overhears Hye Ra and Myung Chul's secret, and Hye Ra tries to convince Young Ae otherwise.

Su Jeong finds Jang Won and Young Ae, but Jang Won is in a grave state. Hye Ra attempts to cover up her mistake with Myung Chul's help, only to realize that she lost an important gift. Disappointed by the police, Su Jeong decides to investigate the scene herself. There, she meets someone unexpected.

Su Jeong gets a clue about the culprit from the unexpected encounter at the crime scene. Woo Jin feels jealous seeing Eui Ju and Su Jeong together in the hospital. Eui Ju is furious at the poor security of his house, alerting Jae Rim to it. Eui Ju and Su Jeong work together to trap Hye Ra.

Hye Ra falls for Su Jeong's trap, but she feigns ignorance. Su Jeong discovers the deal Eui Ju made with Jae Rim and decides to distance herself from Eui Ju. Eui Ju puts Hye Ra on edge by asking seemingly innocent questions. Hye Ra is upset by Woo Jin's attitude toward the engagement and her mom.

Hye Ra finds her belongings at an unexpected place. Eui Ju is upset about the treatment his mom is getting at home, which triggers another conflict with Jae Rim. Eui Ju saves Su Jeong from her predicament. Meanwhile, Jang Won confronts Woo Jin about Hye Ra but is stunned by Woo Jin's reaction.

Woo Jin is extremely distressed after pushing Jang Won down the stairs, and Kyung Hwa returns the bracelet she took away from Jang Won back to Hye Ra. Su Jeong wants to dig into the reason Jang Won headed all the way to Masung Group. Meanwhile, Young Ae finally speaks up and tells Su Jeong the truth.
