Philadelphia
The guys visit Philadelphia and brew a quintessentially American beer during an Independence Day parade.

Seattle
James and Martin brew the world's most-caffeinated beer, a big, bold, chocolate-coffee imperial stout, on the top deck of the Bainbridge Island Ferry.

Denver
The guys visit Denver and brew a solar-powered, cactus-infused, meat pale ale using only the sun's rays to boil the brew.

Portland
The guys create a uniquely Oregonian beer, a fresh-hopped, blackberry-infused Berliner Weisse, while floating on a beer-keg raft down the Willamette River

Boston
Martin and James brew a Boston clambake beer, infused with lobsters and clams, while sailing on a tall ship through Boston Harbor.

The restaurants that Guy visits are usually well-known among locals and other people in the region. While at each location, Fieri talks to the staff as well as the customers to get their thoughts on the food.
