In the series premiere of "Bridalplasty," twelve engaged women move into a beautiful mansion to compete to win plastic surgery procedures to sculpt their dream body before their big days--and to win a one-of-a-kind celebrity-style dream wedding! These brides-to-be are willing to do whatever it takes to beat the competition in order to achieve perfection. Who will get what they want on their wedding wish list? Plus, shockwaves are sent through the house when the women discover they must eliminate one of their own.

The brides' compatibility with their fiances is put to the test when they must match their wedding vows. The challenge becomes an emotional battle as the ladies compete to win the first plastic surgery procedure of the competition. Meanwhile, a secret alliance forms in the house when the times comes to eliminate another bride--but will the girls keep their word when it comes time to vote?

The ten remaining brides clash in a fight to score their dream wedding dress--but the challenge takes a turn when they find out they have to rely on each other to win. Will the brides help each other find the perfect gown to fit their figure--or will they resort to sabotage? Plus, one of the losing brides is pushed to the breaking point and packs her bags to leave, while another bride wins a plastic surgery procedure off her wish list.

The nine remaining brides visit with a celebrity cake maker and pick out their perfect wedding cake. Then the girls' tastes for the finer things in life are put to the test in an extreme challenge where they must differentiate between the best quality from the bottom of the barrel. Meanwhile, Jenessa's alliance is threatened when two of her girls end up as bottom brides, and a lifelong dream comes true for this week's plastic surgery winner.

With just eight girls left, the brides are tested on their bedroom knowledge and find themselves in difficult positions battling for this week's plastic surgery prize. Then, the challenge winner prepares for a major transformation while the bottom brides fight harder than ever to stay in the house leading up to an emotion-filled RSVP ceremony where one more bride is sent home.

The seven remaining brides take a trip to LA Premiere to meet celebrity floral designer Kevin Lee. The girls are tested on who can design the most fashionable and durable bridal bouquet. "E! News" host Giuliana Rancic guest stars to judge the competition. Kristen battles to become top bride knowing that Janessa's alliance is hard to beat when it comes down to votes. But Lisa Marie's lack of enthusiasm for the challenges begins to weaken Janessa's strategy, and one bride is sent packing.

With only six brides left, the remaining girls scramble to do whatever it takes to remain in the competition. But they soon discover their fates hang in the balance when a new challenge forces them to work together with their future mothers-in-law. Meanwhile, the top bride is one step closer to perfection as she receives another plastic surgery off her wish list, and Allyson becomes torn when two of her closest friends in the house end up as the bottom brides. Who will she end up sending home?

The final five brides learn the importance of honesty when they get a surprise visit from their fiances--and their dirty secrets are exposed when they take lie detector tests. The bride with the lowest number of lies wins not only a surgery, but a spot in the finale! Meanwhile, when two of the closest friends in the house wind up in the bottom together, will they turn on one another in order to stay in the competition?

With only four brides left in the competition, the stakes have never been higher. Allyson has already secured a spot in the finale, so it's down to three brides-to-be to fight it out for the final spot. In a surprise challenge, the brides are tested on the advice they have learned from all of the experts--with the bottom bride eliminated on the spot! Then in a dramatic twist, the other two brides' fates end up in someone else's hands--and when past grudges are revealed, they must try to settle their differences before the final elimination, or risk watching their dreams for a new body and perfect wedding get shattered.

The two final brides fight to the end in a dramatic twist! Then, the winner is followed for three months during her final surgeries and elaborate wedding planning with all of the "Bridalplasty" experts. Finally, wedding day reveals a new bride, a perfect wedding and the ultimate moment where our bride walks down the aisle and shows her new look to her guests and fiance right before they say "I do."
