Luke Jerram

One of British artist Luke Jerram's projects, "Play me, I'm Yours", involves placing pianos in public parks, at bus stops and in train stations for anyone to play and enjoy. Presented in over 50 cities around the world, from London, Los Angeles and Lima to Hong Kong, Sao Paolo and Stockholm, it has reached an audience of millions. Born in 1974, he lives in Bristol, England, but his works – encompassing installation, performance and intricate glass sculpture – have been capturing the imagination of viewers worldwide since 1997. The sixth episode of Brilliant Ideas, presented by Bloomberg and Hyundai Motor, tells his story.
