Subodh Gupta

Subodh Gupta is India's most exciting, internationally renowned artists. Born in 1964 in Khagaul, India, he now lives and works in New Delhi. He is best known for using commonplace objects to create thought-provoking sculptures. His work captures the everyday realities of life in India: pots and pans, buckets, cow dung, loam, copper, bronze and gold all feature in his sculptures.
