In Croydon, council investigators try to establish the identity of a woman they have under arrest. Three passports, three National Insurance numbers and over £20,000 are found at her home address. Plus in Hillingdon, the council attempts to keep pace with 'double dippers' - EU passport holders who claim benefits in the UK while living and working abroad.

Episode 2
The case against a multiple-identity fraudster is in danger of collapsing as she tries every trick in the book to avoid her day in court. In Durham, an ex-serviceman who was injured in the line of duty tries to defend his honour as his disability claim is investigated. And in Stoke-on-Trent, an investigator takes on his biggest case yet - a former property developer who is now milking the benefits system by using a second identity.
