A family in Carlisle are left homeless when one of the biggest floods in history leaves the city underwater. Elsewhere a couple in Nrth London are left horrified when there basement conversion goes horribly wrong. A Manchester women becomes ill when he boiler installation causes carbon menoxide.

Paul and Kim's Northern Ireland home has been invaded by hundreds of breeding rats. Warren's penthouse suffered a leak caused by shoddy builder work. Elsewhere Keith and Sally had seen their home washed away by the sea.

Episode 3
A home in South London is overrun by maggots. Elsewhere in West Sussex a woman's loft conversion is left unfinished. A couple in Scotland are left homeless after a flash flood ruins their home.

Episode 4
A couple talk about their ongoing war with Japanese knot-weed. Meanwhile, Alison reveals how her country lane has been turned into a death trap. A Birmingham couple are plauged by seagulls.

Episode 5
Lucy and Ben are facing a mighty battle against uncontrollable mould, Richie and Siobhan return from their honeymoon to find their home ruined by a flood, a family home in Durham is victim to a devastating lightning storm, and brother and sister Richard and Imogen are spooked after moving into their Ascot apartment when a series of strange coincidences begin to occur.

Documentary series. Disaster strikes in Woodford Green as a house partially collapses due to dodgy building work being done next door, in Much Hoole near Preston a loft extension becomes a nightmare when the builder goes AWOL and in Penpedairheol, South Wales, an act of nature nearly costs lives.
