In Sussex, we're introduced to the farm shop on the famous Cowdray Estate - internationally recognised as the British home of polo. With gourmet-ready meals made by a chef whose CV includes Buckingham Palace as well as artfully arranged deli displays, this establishment is beloved by both foodie locals and the polo-loving smart set.

She can rely only on her estranged 17-year-old daughter, whom she remembers as a 9-year-old, and a handful of devoted friends, as she struggles to continue practicing medicine, despite having lost nearly a decade of knowledge and experience.
