The campaign gets under way with the opening three races from Donington Park. Ash Sutton claimed his third BTCC title at the season finale at Brands Hatch in October and this year the youngest-ever triple champion has joined Motorbase as he looks to defend his title in the Ford Focus ST at Napa Racing UK. 2022 Thruxton
Steve Rider presents coverage of the seventh, eighth and ninth races of the campaign from Thruxton. Last time out at Brands Hatch, Josh Cook picked up back-to-back race wins on the Indy circuit and four-time BTCC champion, Colin Turkington, was victorious in the reverse grid race. Early season pacesetter Tom Ingram still tops the drivers' standings, with reigning champion Ash Sutton in third place, just 21 points adrift of Ingram. Last time out at Thruxton, BTC Racing's Josh Cook was in dominant form as he picked up back-to-back race wins, and he now tops the championship standings by 23 points. Defending champion Ash Sutton had a successful weekend, finishing third in all three races, and is now Cook's closest challenger. 2022 Knockhill 30/7 1
Steve Rider presents coverage of the first two of three today's three races, which are 16th and 17th of the campaign and come from Knockhill. The drivers return after a mid-season break to do battle in one of the most exciting Championship title races in recent years. Last time out at Croft, Dan Lloyd recorded an incredible double win de-spite still suffering from injuries sustained in a huge crash at Oulton Park. Another podium finish means Tom Ingram sits at the top of the standings, but Josh Cook is just three points behind. 2022 Snetterton: Races One and Two
Steve Rider presents coverage of the 19th and 20th races of the season, which come from Snetterton, as today's triple bill gets under way. The last round at Knockhill saw Jake Hill take victory in the first race and second-place finishes in races two and three, to put himself right into contention in the championship title race. The new leader at the top of the standings though is veteran Colin Turkington who will register his 500th British Touring Car race here. Tom Ingram is five points behind and reigning champion Ash Sutton just a point further back. Thruxton

2022 Silverstone
The BTCC heads to Silverstone, for races 25, 26 and 27 in the penultimate weekend of the 2022 season. With only six races remaining, the championship is heading for a nail-biting conclusion, with just 23 points separating the top four drivers in the driver standings. Family Law
