Tuscan Brunch
It's a special day on Brunch @ Bobby's as Bobby creates an awesome menu inspired by one of his favorite places — Tuscany. Scrambled Eggs with Romano Cheese and Black Pepper start off the meal, followed by a Grilled Tuscan Bruschetta topped with fresh Tomatoes and Basil. As the flavors of Italy settle in, Bobby moves on to make homemade Orange Ricotta Pancakes with a Caramelized Fig Compote and Pistachios, and a side of tasty Italian Home Fries. To finish things off one of his favorite desserts - gelato! Only Bobby turns his into a triple threat cocktail with Raspberry Sorbetto, and fresh Peach and Vanilla Gelato, topped off with sparkling Prosecco. Viva L'Italia!

A Royal Brunch
Bobby makes a British-inspired brunch fit for royalty. Tea sandwiches take center stage with Bobby's Open Faced Egg Salad Sandwiches topped with Crab and Poppy Seeds on Pumpernickel Bread. A light and refreshing Watercress, Cucumber and Smoked Salmon Salad also makes the cut. To add a little something sweet, Bobby makes Crumpets With Whipped Butter and Orange-Blueberry Marmalade. And finally, Bobby's fresh Strawberries filled With Clotted Cream.

Brunch on the Go
Bobby creates a quick and delicious Brunch-on-the-Go menu that will have you cooking with ease. His Rolled Omelet Burritos are tasty and fun, as are his addictive Cheddar and Bacon Waffle Sandwiches. His Yogurt-Fruit Muffins with a Bran Crumb Topping are sure to inspire. And save room for a creamy, healthy smoothie as you're darting out the door, because his Blueberry-Pomegranate Yogurt-Honey Smoothie is out of this world!

Brunch Americain
Chef Bobby Flay gives makeovers to some of his favorite All-American dishes. First up, it's dessert for brunch with Bobby's Carrot Cake Pancakes with a Maple-Cream Cheese Drizzle and Toasted Pecans, followed by a Harlem classic -- Wild Rice Waffles and Fried Chicken with a Pink Peppercorn and Honey Sauce. He tops off this American-inspired brunch with a Strawberry Shortcake Shake topped with a Homemade Biscuit Crumble.

Deli-Icious Brunch
Bobby tips his hat to his New York roots as he whips up an amazing brunch inspired by some of the best New York delis. He puts together an amazing platter of classic deli favorites, putting his own flavorful spin on things like: Tequila Cured Salmon; a Homemade White Fish Salad; and Herbed Goat Cheese along with Roasted Jalapeno-Cilantro Cream Cheese to accompany fresh toasted bagels. Bobby also makes some killer Potato Pancakes from scratch with Chunky Granny Smith Apple Sauce and Cinnamon Creme Fraiche. And as if that wasn't enough, he makes a fresh Smoothie with Carrot Juice and Mangos. Deli-icious!

Southern Comfort Brunch
Bobby derives inspiration for this spectacular menu from the sweet and savory ingredients of Southern style cuisine. And it wouldn't be the South if there weren't collard greens and biscuits, so he cooks up a Sauteed Collard Green Omelet that will have you begging for seconds, along with Mustard Glazed Ham and Pimento Cheese Biscuits that are simply, sinful. Then he adds a hearty dose of decadence as he cooks homemade Sour Cream Waffles with Fresh Peaches in a Toasted Pecan Praline Sauce. And to drink? Bourbon, of course. Bobby's B and Tea includes sweet tea with citrus, mint, and Bourbon over ice. Enjoy!

Brasserie Brunch
For this brasserie brunch, Bobby Flay is joined by his wife Stephanie. Inspired by the flavors and ingredients of French cuisine, they collaborate on a fabulous brunch. A savory Croque Madame sandwich starts the meal, followed by Steak Au Poivre and Ratatouille Hash. And save room for their Brioche French Toast With Orange Maple Syrup. They toast with a champagne strawberry cocktail called La Fraise.

Brunch for a Bunch
When company calls, chef Bobby Flay is always prepared with this crowd-pleasing brunch menu which includes: a Caramelized Onion, Spinach and Gruyere Cheese Strata with Sauteed Cherry Tomatoes; Mini German Pancakes With Apple-Calvados Caramel Sauce and Maple-Dijon-Black Pepper Glazed Bacon. And no brunch party is complete without Bobby's Bloody Mary Bar, featuring flavors, mixers and fillings that will put your bartending skills -- and your taste buds -- to the test.

Chocolate Lovers Delight
Bobby Flay puts together a decadent brunch based entirely around chocolate! Poached Eggs in a mouthwatering Mole along with Creamy Green Rice might become your new brunch staple. Bobby follows that up with Chocolate Crepes filled with a Chocolate Whipped Ricotta-Almond Filling and Warm Cherries. And if you still haven't had your fix, he blends up a Frothy Hot White Chocolate to round out the meal.

Caribbean Brunch
Bobby Flay's having a lime cooking this Caribbean-inspired brunch! Dishes include Mango-Papaya Brown Butter Cinnamon Crepes with Homemade Dulce de Leche, succulent Sour Orange Pork With Sweet Potato and Country Ham Hash and perfectly Poached Eggs with Sofrito Hollandaise. It's a Caribbean feast, but save room for Bobby's chilled Tropical Sangria!

The program received two Peabody Awards, two Grammy Awards, and several unwelcome shoulder massages. It won two Emmys for Outstanding Variety Series in 2013 and 2014, both of which appear to have been lost in the move. Colbert is pronounced koʊlˈbɛər, according to Wikipedia. His understudy is William Cavanaugh, who will be hosting The Late Show approximately one-third of the time. Good luck, Bill!
