Episodes

Keeping It Breezy
Inspired by his childhood summer days at the Jersey Shore, Bobby Flay and Beach Bites host Katie Lee throw a breezy brunch for their guests. On the menu is a cooling Ginger Beer Margarita, Deviled Eggs with Fried Oysters, crisp BLTs with Fried Tomatoes, Roasted Shrimp Remoulade and Corn Cakes with Crab and Smoky Avocado Yogurt.

Barbecue in the Big Apple
Bobby Flay grabs a meal from his favorite New York City barbecue joint, Mighty Quinn's, then makes a delicious brunch with all the leftovers. He whips up some BBQ Pulled Pork Corn Chip Pie, a Texas Toast Brisket Cheesy Egg Sandwich and Smoky Home Fries with Burnt Ends, then sweetens things up with a Spiked Banana Cream Pie Milkshake.

Between the Bread
Bobby Flay creates three breakfast sandwiches inspired by some of his favorite things. He opens up with the 'Sabich,' an Israeli pita sandwich inspired by his favorite falafel shop, then creates an Egg-in-a-Hole Benedict with Roasted Tomato-Garlic Hollandaise that pays homage to his daughter. He finishes up with a Crunchified Chilaquiles Burger and the Tipsy Palmer, a cocktail based on the Arnold Palmer.

Get Your Fit On
Bobby Flay is coming out with his very own Bobby Flay Fit cookbook! He's sharing a few of his favorite quick, light and healthy brunch recipes that don't lose on flavor. Starting off the day right is a Moroccan Scramble with Turkey Merguez, Roasted Chickpeas and Avocado, followed by a tasty take on Peanut Butter and Jelly Cream of Wheat. To finish off the meal is a hydrating an Orangeade with Carrot Juice Floater complemented by a lean Kale Salad with Ham Quiche Croutons.

Bobby Loves Biscuits
Chef Bobby Flay breathes new life into classic biscuits by showing what else you can do with leftover biscuit dough, day-old biscuits and scratch-made Buttermilk Biscuits. This biscuit bonanza includes Biscuit French Toast with Cinnamon Orange Cane Syrup, Chilled Bourbon Vanilla Latte, Ham, Tomato and Cheddar Sandwiches and, to button it up, a Doughnut with Lemon Cream Filling and Blueberry Sauce.

Time to Pull the Curtain on Crepes
Sweet or savory, Bobby Flay loves crepes for brunch. He creates a variety of crepes, including Smoked Salmon with Ricotta, Caper Crepes with Herb Sauce, and Ham and Cheesy Egg Crepes with Mustard Sauce. Then, it wouldn't be brunch without a cocktail, so he adds some fizz with a Pomegranate Ginger Spritzer.

Sophie's Sunday Funday
Bobby Flay and his daughter Sophie are huge sports fans. After video-chatting with each other about this football season, Bobby makes a brunch perfect for tailgating with Apple Crisp French Toast Casserole, an easy Frittata Sandwich, a Berries Romanoff Parfait and a Figgy Bourbon Fizz.

Updated Manhattan
Bobby Flay puts his brunch spin on classic NY staples with chef Scott Conant. They toast the town with a Manhattan and stack up an Everything Bagel Strata with Cream Cheese Custard and Smoked Salmon Relish. After Street Cart Chicken and Rice with a fried egg, they finish on a sweet note with Chocolate Hazelnut Babka French Toast with Caramelized Bananas.

Wake Up Your Sweet Tooth
Bobby Flay and guest Sunny Anderson tackle the sweet side of brunch with Creme Brulee French Toast with Drunken Strawberries, Sunny's Sambal and Pineapple Glazed Bacon, Blueberry Pancake Bites and Sparkling Iced Espresso.

Almost Home for Thanksgiving
Bobby Flay's daughter Sophie is headed home for after-Thanksgiving brunch. While he waits, Bobby bakes Chocolate Pumpkin Swirl Bread with Marmalade and reinvents the holiday dinner with Waffle Cornbread Stuffing Sandwiches with Turkey, Cheddar, Bacon and Cranberry Dijon Gravy Dipping Sauce. And to celebrate, he pours a Bourbon Apple Hot Toddy.

Preaking Out
Bobby Flay is throwing a brunch party for the Preakness with Maryland-inspired dishes. The star of the menu is a Tempura Fried Soft Shell Crab Sandwich with Tartar Sauce Slaw and a side of Crispy Old Bay Chips. Then he brings Southern style to the plate with Savory Roasted Peaches with City Ham and a Wild Arugula Salad with Burrata and Sorghum Vinaigrette. He pours Black-Eyed Susan Spritzers for toasting and crosses the finish line with Banana Pudding.

It's the Brunch After Christmas
With only a few things left in the pantry and a fridge full of leftovers, Bobby Flay makes a post-holiday brunch featuring a Gingerbread Dutch Baby with Poached Maple Pears and Creme Fraiche, a Sweet Potato Green Onion Pancake with Holiday Ham and Pepper Jam and Grapefruit Sparkle cocktail.

Inspired by Italy
Bobby Flay makes an Italian-inspired brunch for his Naples-born friend, Cooking Channel's Laura Vitale. He puts his spin on everyone's favorite Italian dish with Breakfast Pizza, adds freshness with Dandelion Green Salad, and sweetens things up with Graffe, also known as Neapolitan doughnuts. To end, he balances the richness of the meal with a Campari Sanguinea.
