Episode 1
Maverick luxury property developer Guy Phoenix starts work on his latest spectacular multi-million-pound superhome. With VIP access to the two-year build of an extravagant 'glass castle' in rural Nottinghamshire, this series follows Guy and his team as they attempt to push the boundaries of opulence to another level. In this episode, Guy is tipped off about a rural plot for sale with the potential to be his next big superhome project, but first he needs to demolish the existing house. Guy also decides to buy the house next door to his own, to convert into a 'mini' superhome.

Episode 2
The new series continues. Maverick luxury property developer Guy Phoenix is building his latest spectacular multi-million-pound superhome. With VIP access to the two-year build of an extravagant 'glass castle' in rural Nottinghamshire, this series follows Guy and his team as they attempt to push the boundaries of opulence to another level. In this episode, Guy and his team tackle the construction of the top floor of his new superhome, which needs an enormous amount of steel to be craned in. Guy also decides that his own home needs some luxury TLC, with the addition of an enormous new kitchen, a luxury four-car garage and a bowling alley.

Episode 3
The new series continues. Maverick luxury property developer Guy Phoenix is building his latest spectacular multi-million-pound superhome. With VIP access to the two-year build of an extravagant 'glass castle' in rural Nottinghamshire, this series follows Guy and his team as they attempt to push the boundaries of opulence to another level. Guy and his team battle against the winter weather as they start to build the huge swimming pool annexe. Guy also visits the location of another superhome project that he's due to start soon, which will involve digging out a 5000-square-foot basement to create a lavish entertainment space, including a swimming pool and a bowling alley.

The new series concludes. Maverick luxury property developer Guy Phoenix is building his latest spectacular multi-million-pound superhome. With VIP access to the two-year build of an extravagant 'glass castle' in rural Nottinghamshire, this series follows Guy and his team as they attempt to push the boundaries of opulence to another level. In the final episode of the series, Guy and his team work against the clock to get his latest superhome across the finish line. And there's a lavish birthday celebration to organise at Guy's villa in the south of France.
