Guy quickly discovers that building in one of the most expensive places to live on the planet is anything but easy, as local planning restrictions and impossibly high building costs threaten to turn his lifelong dream of owning a luxury apartment in Monaco into a nightmare. To make matters worse, his £16million apartment doesn't even include a parking space!

And what better place to begin his mission to conquer the luxury property world than Monaco - one of the most expensive and desirable places to live on the planet. We follow the highs and lows of every aspect of this unique renovation that has Guy's entire reputation at stake. As the finish line gets closer, the pressure and stress on Guy and his crack team of builders becomes almost unbearable.
