Tue. Sept. 14 at 8pm ET - 10 New Idol Competitors Get Second Chance at Fame. They've watched from the sidelines as Jacob, Jason, Kalan, Shane and Theresa have become household names. But now, 10 of the most ""unforgettable"" hopefuls from Canadian Idol's cross-country audition tour get a second chance at fame in The Best and the Worst of Canadian Idol, an all-new, one-hour special airing Tuesday, September 14 at 8 p.m. ET (check local listings) on CTV. The 10 performers – unsuccessful in their original quest for Idol-dom – have been flown to Toronto from across the country to perform all-new numbers on the Canadian Idol stage. Producers have paired six of the 10 singers to perform three different duets: ""I Got You Babe,"" ""Almost Paradise,"" and ""Reunited."" The remaining three singers will unite together ""Three 10ors-style"" to perform one of the most-heard songs on the audition tour, ""A Whole New World.""
