Aisling and Danielle struggle to cope with the normality that has come from them being apart. Aisling is stuck in small-town Mallow, where her mother is constantly leaving her holding the baby, while Danielle is settling into the Vancouver arts community with varying degrees of success and avoiding contact from Aisling at all costs.

New Beginnings
Aisling bonds with her new housemate Joe, who takes her under his wing to help her get act together, while Danielle is starting to struggle in Vancouver.

Whatsappening
Aisling gets a new job, despite turning up for the interview hungover, and Danielle is tempted to forgive her - but first she has a party to organise, which is not going to plan.

Situationship
Aisling tries to figure out what Ryan's feelings are for her when he asks her to accompany him on a business trip, while Danielle throws a party and a drunken tantrum in Vancouver.

Back to Backwards
Aisling takes things further with Ryan, but then Danielle comes home from Canada and work life is not so rosy for her after all.
