But with a million-pound property in dire need of a facelift, and the other a polka-dot-covered assault to the senses, there's a lot to do. The sibling property experts transform them on a £3,000 budget - but will it be enough to finally attract buyers?

One has been stripped bare, making it cold and uninviting, while the other is bursting at the seams with Victorian-style decor. The siblings go head to head to transform these houses with £3,000 in just two days, with the aim of getting them sold.
