Episode 1

Six top caravanning enthusiasts are out to prove they have the skills to be named the Caravan Club's first Caravanner of the Year. The quirky passions of these motorhomers, caravanners and camper vanners are laid bare over two tough days of competition.

Droopy awnings are out and only spirit-level precision works for judge Grenville Chamberlain - chairman of the Caravan Club - while a motorhome maverick, journalist Andy Harris, champions a spirit of adventure and more than a little mischief starting with an awning assembly speed trial. Otherwise known as divorce-in-a-bag, this plays out with a variety of approaches to teamwork.

But it is the challenging manoeuvres, where even a judge can come unstuck, that push everyone to their limits. Some flourish with humorous and heartfelt results, while others flounder.

But with no time to regroup, it is straight onto a caravanning favourite - the Concours D'Elegance - for some competitive polishing and primping before Grenville, Andy and guest judge Lucy-Jayne Grout have to pick the three who have earned a place in the final.

Episode 2

It's the final, and all three couples who have made it to this stage have been working on their winning strategy. Whether it's planning and precision; soft toys and costumes or breaking out new recipes - they all want the title. The Caravan Club has promised even tougher challenges and a demanding navigation test with road restrictions and no sat navs quickly takes its toll. While some search for missing landmarks crucial to their route, a cake break is the stress-reliever for others. To pile on the pressure, driving skills also come under scrutiny when the judges take a back seat, literally. Grenville Chamberlain, Caravan Club Chairman, and motorhome journalist, Andy Harris, are joined by guest judge, Martin Dorey, the camper van cook, to face a stamina trial of their own when the competitors go all out to impress in the crucial hospitality challenge. From unusual recipes to amateur dramatics and a full 60s revival, these competitors all want the title of Caravanner of the Year.

Bookish

London, 1946 is the dynamic, dangerous and chaotic setting for this stylish new detective drama, with the eccentric Gabriel Book at the very heart of the story: a self-appointed consultant detective to the local police. The thousands of books that line the shelves of his shop provide him with all the knowledge he needs.

Book has gathered around him a host of lovable, damaged misfits whom he informally protects, cajoles, and mentors. His wife Trottie runs the wallpaper shop next door. She's a charismatic adventuress whom Book loves deeply but not physically, for they are in a 'lavender' marriage to help conceal Book's sexual orientation in a time when it was illegal to be gay.

Bookish marries post-war nostalgia with the reckless and life-affirming atmosphere of the times, creating a fast-paced and stylish detective drama.

Bergerac

Bergerac is based on the original series created by Robert Banks Stewart, which starred John Nettles and ran for nine series on the BBC between 1981 and 1991. The modern re-imagining will honour the iconic detective drama, but with a contemporary twist. Unlike the original hit from the 80s, the new series will see one character-led murder mystery run across all six episodes, in place of a new storyline each episode.

Viewers will meet Jim Bergerac as a broken man, grappling with grief and alcoholism following his wife's recent death. His mother-in-law, Charlie, is concerned Jim isn't putting his daughter Kim first and, when a woman from a wealthy Jersey family is murdered, Jim must fight through his personal struggles to become the formidable investigator he once was.

With a troublesome convict resurfacing from his past, Bergerac is required to call on his sharp investigative instincts and past successes to navigate the intricate family dynamics, and watchful eyes of the police force, in order to solve the case.
