Shinemon Nitta is the self-proclaimed manager of Card Capital. Shinemon works hard to protect Card Capital from the director of a large-scale card shop, Esuka Hibino.

In the struggle for the right to run Card Capital, Shinemon has his own deck taken away. Shinemon and Mark infiltrate Esuka`s main shop to try to get it back.

Leaving Card Capital to his disciple Tatsuya, Shinemon challenges the re-test. However, Esuka`s hitmen, Nanami and Tonori, appeared, and they seem to have taken away Mikuru.

The one who summoned Mikuru is Esuka. Esuka proposes that Mikuru debut as an idol. Meanwhile, Mark and Tatsuya enter Esuka`s main shop to rescue Mikuru.

The curtain rises on the fight between the strongest S ranked fighter Nanami, and the Ninja Master. As the fight rages between those two, Shinemon gets tormented by the sub-manager.

Shinemon arrives at Esuka`s main shop and faces off against Nanami. The secret of Nanami`s cold attitude towards the fight is hidden within her encounters with both Vanguard and Esuka.

Card Capital will open for a day for the shopping street`s Halloween festival. Shinemon and friends try to revive the fun atmosphere from the past, but an unexpected trouble occurs...

It`s the day of the Halloween festival. The tournament runs smoothly, but Shinemon is bogged down with work as the manager. Then, Rive goes missing.

Esuka appears as Card Capital`s one day open ends without a hitch. Esuka proposes a cardfight to Shinemon with the rights to run Card Capital on the line.

On top of losing to Esuka and getting chased out of Card Capital, Shinemon sees Misaki together with Esuka, and falls into despair.

With his sights set on a rematch with Esuka and to battle in the S Cup, Shinemon wanders in his attempt to change. Meanwhile, Esuka invites powerful fighters from all around the world.

The Esu Cup is where the rematch with Esuka will occur! However, Team Dragon`s Vanity, formed with 3 esteemed fighters from various regions, stand before Shinemon and friends.

The match between Team Capital and Team Dragon`s Vanity will be decided when either side gets 3 wins! The first fight was entrusted to Ninja Master, but he seems to be fooled by the Oyama`s flashy style.

Rive is chosen by Ruga to be his opponent. Though these two used to fight side by side as a pair, Ruga scolds Rive for running away from his fear of fighting against Ruga.

Shinemon faces the last hurdle of Dragon`s Vanity, which was none other than he who sheds tears upon the sin of weakness, Yuichirou Kanzaki. Will he be able to overcome Kanzaki in this last fight?

Overcoming trials and tribulations, Shinemon gets his rematch against Esuka. Facing the youthful, immature, and reckless Shinemon, Esuka speaks of her own life experience.

Esuka corners Shinemon into choosing between a life as a fighter or a shop manager. What will Shinemon answer, now that he has learnt and understood it all?

Shinemon studies for his entrance examination despite the Christmas season. However, the business of Card Capital is booming thanks to the presence of a super popular idol, Hitomi Kouzouji!? What will happen to his studies!?

A Card Capital with a prosperous future. The famous talent and entrepreneur, Esuka Hibino, and her Shop Manager acquaintance, Shin, shares about the unknowns of Esuka to the regulars.

Shinemon is now a 4th-year university student. He`s supposed to enter the deciding match with his teammates as representatives of Japan, but Rive starts using a new deck with a clan he has never seen before in the tournament.

The one who greets Shinemon and friends from mysterious research laboratory "Ryuzu`s Lab" is none other than Tatsuya. Shinemon challenges the head of the lab Ryuzu Myoujin to a fight, and bears witness to a shocking experiment.

It`s the day before the finals of the Asia Circuit. As Shinemon ponders about whether to join the "Unit Summoning Experiment" or "Team`s Final Worlds Challenge", Esuka invites him for dinner.

Shinemon heads to Ryuzu`s Lab to bring Rive back together with Esuka. Mark enters the finals alone, believing in the return of Shinemon and friends. The curtain rises on Shinemon`s final fight.

Ryuzu attempts to involve Shinemon in the summoning experiment. Esuka fights Ryuzu to stop that from happening, and to send Shinemon and his friends to the tournament.

"The one who wants to fight Shinemon with the Unit summoning experiment is not Ryuzu but me.", Tatsuya chuckled dubiously. What does that actually mean? Ryuzu and Rive look back upon the beginning of this research.

With a wish "to save the lives of the deceased parents", Tatsuya challenges Ryuzu with the position of the leader for the experiments on the line. He knows the truth behind the experiments that Ryuzu has yet to realize.

Tatsuya rides on the wings of Malkuth-melekh with his insane desires. To save the hostage Chrono, and to return with Rive to battle alongisde Mark, Shinemon challenges Tatsuya to a final battle.

The final battle begins at Ryuzu`s Lab in the midst of the experiment to bridge Earth and Cray during the half-moon. Can Shinemon stop Tatsuya, who has sacrificed everything for the experiment?

10 years have passed after the night of the half-moon. The young Misaki is now a university student, and Shinemon gets used to being "Shin", the shop manager of Card Capital.

After an unexpected reunion, Shin Nitta must once again fight using the moniker "Shinemon", a name he hasn't gone by in over ten years. The fight that will lead Shinemon to his new future begins.

The story of Shinemon that spans two generations...... is supposed to have ended, but both Shinemon and Shin appears!? Shinemon and Shin reminisce about their individual pasts.
