With the conclusion of U20, Chrono and the rest return to their daily routines, with no knowledge of the threat of the "Apostles", and Noa returns.

Saori appears at the Federation of International Vanguard Association abruptly. Ibuki stands with Messiah to face the attack of the new Apostle.

Behind the attack on Chrono and the Federation of International Vanguard Association, Shion battles with another assassin, Valeos. Aiming to destroy Fides, Valeos unleashes the power of the taboo dragon, "Zeroth Dragon".

Wandering around in Relics, Chrono and the rest encounter the vanguard of an Apostle, Gastille. At the same time, Taiyou battles against Valeos and the Zeroth Dragon on the surface.

Kazuma and Kazumi searches for a way to rescue Chrono and the rest from Relics. However, Kazuma gets dragged onto an inescapable ship, and fights against Saori, who swore to have his revenge.

Kai and Arata searches for the secret base of the Apostles, while Makoto meets up with Kamui and Misaki to sneak into the Apostles` secret research facility. The one who awaits them is the one who became a Diffrider, Wakamizu.

Saori ambushes Chrono while he`s under medical care. To protect Chrono, Tokoha stands against the threat of the Zeroth Dragon with a card entrusted to her by the illusion of Miguel!

Arata and Makoto reunite with Noa after being released from the domination of Chaos Breaker. However, the three of them are attacked by Darkface and Gredora, who are chasing after Chaos Breaker.

Kamui and Misaki come to the rescue of Arata and the rest. For his friends, and for the world, Kamui burns with fighting spirit and manliness, and challenges the formidable Gredora to a fight.

Chrono and the rest organizes a Christmas party with the return of Arata and the others. However, behind the scenes, is a fight between Ibuki and Gastille with their lives on the line.

Chrono takes over the fight and deck from Ibuki, who`s on the verge of losing. Ibuki and Chrono face Gastille to protect each others future.

The 3 apostles target Chrono as the strongest "vessel of Gyze". Chaos Breaker unleashes the Zeroth Dragon of Star Gate upon Kazuma and Taiyou, who fight to protect Chrono.

Chrono is shocked by the sight he sees as he arrives at the abandoned building that Kazuma and Taiyou were fighting in. The fight that Chrono can`t afford to lose begins.

An apostle enters the branch of Vanguard Association in North America to ressurect Gyze completely. Misaki appears as a member of the Defense Team to welcome Darkface, who wants to destroy the facility.
