Then he's shaken and stirred by some Kentucky classics at Hillbilly Days in Pikeville, Ky., where old-fashioned favorites are served with a side of good humor and a shot of American whiskey in the form of Kentucky Mac and Cheese and Bourbon a la Mode funnel cake.
