Host Noah Cappe travels to various carnivals and fairs in the Southeast to try diffevent over the top fair foods that stand out with carnival goers.

Noah is traveling to a Texas Rodeo and a pair of festivals in Southern California to try some outstanding treats that carnival and festival goers enjoy.

Noah travels to a Viking Faire in North Carolina, the Four States Fair in Texarkana, and Winter Lights Festival in Texas to try the different dishes that are popular amongst the people in attendance.

In this episode, host Noah Cappe makes his way to the Coastal Carolina Fair, Oak Mountain State Fair, and Rodeo Austin to try some of the fair favorites of those who attend these popular events.

Host Noah Cappe travels to Cathedral City, California, Melbourne, Florida, and Charleston, South Carolina to try out and highlight the popular foods offered at their carnivals and fairs.

Host Noah Cappe travels to Texas, Alabama, and North Carolina to try the goodies at a Viking Experience, Northern Lights Festival, and a State Fair.

Host Noah Cappe profiles the unique eats at the Florida State Fair in Tampa, the Pima County Fair in Tucson, AZ, and at Rodeo Austin in Texas.

Host Noah Cappe goes across the country to try out the unusual treats at the Florida State Fair, Washington Spring State Fair,  and the Rochester Lilac Festival in upstate New York. Dishes include the Wake-up Waffle Pizza, poké wrapped seaweed cones, and Pizza Mac and Cheese.

Noah travels to the Taste of Omaha festival, the Rochester Lilac Festival,  and West Virginia Strawberry Festival to try unique dishes that include Banh Mi Fries, Elote Corn Dogs, Birria Torta, Strawberry Cheesecake Calzones, and a southern bbq take on a lasagna dish.

Noah finds himself in Newport, Rhode Island for an Oyster and Chowder Festival, where he's trying New England Nachos, a Scallop Roll, spicy Crab Rangoons, and Lobster Pizza. Noah then travels to the West Virginia Strawberry Festival in Buckhannon to try the vendors take on everything strawberry, including a spicy strawberry chicken funnel cake, and then tries special dishes called the Reuben Tot Taco. Lastly, he travels to the Pima County fair in Tucson, Arizona where dishes like the Pickle Split are highlighted.

Host Noah Cappe makes his way to the Meriden Daffodil Festival in Connecticut, the Washington State Spring Fair in Puyallup, Washington and the Four States Fair in Texarkana, Arkansas to try unique carnival foods such as the Seattle Crabby Dog, the Mudbug Roll, Rocky Roaded Fries, and the Italian Chili Dog.

Noah is at the Washington State Spring Fair in Puyallup, Washington, the Taste of Omaha in Nebraska, and the Pima County Fair in Arizona where he gets to try unique eats such as the Hapa Dog, the Wake ‘n Bacon Fry Pie, Spam Cake, the Home Aloner, and the Firey Frank Roll.
