Noah Cappe heads to Hawaii for the Maui Fair, where rice is always on the menu in traditional Hawaiian treats like the Laulau Feast and Loco Moco. Then he's off to see the light show and sample the food at the Aurora Winter Festival in Vancouver. (Listed as Season 9, Episode 1)

Orange Is the New Snack
Noah Cappe discovers new carnival eats, like the Mini Donut S'more Stick and the Pineapple Split, in the California orange groves at the Cloverdale Citrus Fair. Then his adventure continues with a Key Lime Funnel at the Highlands County Fair in Florida.

Pretzella, Queen of the Dessert
Noah Cappe enjoys German-inspired carnival treats like a Christmas Wreatzel and Hot Belgian Boot at Christkindlmarket Milwaukee. Then he samples spicy midway munchies, including the Chili Cheese Dog Pizza, at the Charro Days Fiesta in Brownsville, Texas.

It's A Wonderful Bite
Noah Cappe enjoys the holiday magic and a Pepperoni Pillow Pretzel, among other treats, at Winter Fest OC in Costa Mesa, California. Then he heads to the Ostrich Festival in Chandler, Arizona, and starts the day off right with a Breakfast Funnel Cake.

Cheese Please!
Noah Cappe is back for seconds of his seven favorite melty, ooey-gooey carnival treats. From the savory Truffled Grilled Cheese at the St. Paul Winter Carnival and the Mac Ball Burger at the Kentucky State Fair, to surprising sweet treats like the Cannoli Calzone at the Long Island Fun Fest and the Apple Pie Cheesecake at the Wilson County Fair, Noah crisscrosses America and discovers that everything is better with cheddar!

Super Sundaes
Sundaes are one of Noah Cappe's favorite treats any day of the week, and he's ready to try them all! From the all-American Burst o' Freedom in Indiana and the sensational Deep Fried Banana Split Sundae in North Carolina, to meaty treats like the BBQ Split and the Chili Mac Attack Sundae in Florida, these carnival concessionaires have gone a step beyond to create these inventive and delicious treats.

The Dining
Noah Cappe visits two fall fairs for seasonal carnival treats. Fright Nights in Florida has scarily delicious items like the Dreaded Chicken 'n' Waffles. At the New Hampshire Pumpkin Festival, Noah finds local specialties like Pumpkin Pie Cannoli.

Carnival Classics Gone Wild
Noah Cappe crosses America in search of classic carnival snacks gone wild! From a pumped-up corn dog at Indiana's Porter County Fair and a funnel cake-blooming onion mashup at Alabama's Greater Gulf State Fair, to a crazy candy apple at Florida's Pasco County Fair and a cotton candy burrito at the Tennessee State Fair, all of these midway masterpieces are daringly delicious.

Asian Sensations
Noah Cappe looks east for inspiration as he explores Asian flavors on the fairgrounds. From classic foods like Shrimp Fried Rice Balls at Canada's Pacific National Exhibition and the Spicy Kaprao Burger at California's Balboa Park December Nights, to mashups like the Ube Funnel Cake in Las Vegas and the Koagie Dog in Texas, there's a world of flavor to be found in carnival cooking.

Return of the Mac
Noah Cappe digs in to seven uniquely ooey-gooey versions of the classic American casserole: mac and cheese. Whether it's stacked in a sandwich, layered in a hot dog, rolled into a taco or topped with lobster or edible gold flakes, these mac and cheese creations will have you craving carnival eats!

After a brain injury erases the last eight years of her life, Amy must navigate an unfamiliar world where she has no recollection of patients she's treated, colleagues she's crossed, the soulmate she divorced, the man she now loves and the tragedy that caused her to push everyone away. She can rely only on her estranged 17-year-old daughter, whom she remembers as a 9-year-old, and a handful of devoted friends, as she struggles to continue practicing medicine, despite having lost nearly a decade of knowledge and experience.
