Annie Wilkes, fleeing a murder charge, ends up with her daughter Joy in Jerusalem's Lot. Ace Merrill threatens the Somali land developer who is "poaching" Ace's tenants, and Annie tries to get the drugs she needs from the hospital where she works as a temp.

New Jerusalem
Pop looks for the missing Ace, suspecting that Abdi is involved. Annie takes Joy to the hospital, and Joy begins to question her mother's claims.

Ties that Bind
Joy spends some time with her friends, and returns to find Annie in a frenzy. Abdi takes Pop to the hospital, and Ace talks with a real estate agent.

Restore Hope
Nadia learns the truth about why Pop adopted her and Abdi. Ace builds his fellowship, and Joy moves in with Nadia.

The Laughing Place
Annie and Joy's origins are explored as flashbacks reveals how Annie became the way she is in the present.

The Mother
Rita comes to Castle Rock looking for her missing daughter, while the "new" Ace continues growing his flock.

The Word
The founding of Jerusalem's Lot is revealed. In the present, Annie insists that she killed Rita on her own. Meanwhile, Pop begins to discover that Ace is up to something.

Dirty
Ace gives Annie and Joy sanctuary at the Marsten House, and Annie gets a message from her dead mother. Meanwhile, Chris pays Nadia a visit.

Caveat Emptor
Pop and a handful of unConverted hole up in the Emporium, and "Ace" wants what Pop has.
