As the hunt for Lee Murray goes global, authorities are forced to get creative in their efforts in order to get their man. Unprecedented police efforts and legal maneuvering lead to a historic result. She opens the Happy Hotel which aims at teaching demons and sinners to become better people. There is substantial resistance, though, and Charlie and her friends must work together to keep the hotel running.
