A Portuguese cargo ship carrying sodium cyanide hit a U.S. tanker loaded with military jet fuel off the coast of England, triggering multiple explosions, setting both vessels on fire and sending fuel pouring into the water. Ian Lee has more. U.S. and Ukrainian officials are holding talks in Saudi Arabia on ending the war in Ukraine. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, heading the U.S. delegation, suggested Ukraine will have to agree to let Russia keep some of the territory it seized. As Holly Williams reports, Ukrainians have already paid a heavy price defending their freedom. There are more than 380 approved hospital-at-home programs in 39 states, according to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. In overcrowded hospitals, the programs can help free up needed beds -- a persistent issue in facilities such as Mass General Brigham. Mark Strassmann reports. Over the weekend, Columbia University grad Mahmoud Khalil was arrested and is facing deportation. He is a green card holder, but the Trump administration says the arrest stems from his involvement in pro-Palestinian protests at the school last year. Lilia Luciano has details.
