Authorities are still piecing together clues about the deadly truck attack on Bourbon Street in New Orleans that left 14 people dead just hours into the new year. Investigators now say they believe the man behind the attack acted alone and was inspired by ISIS. Omar Villafranca has the latest. Authorities say the 37-year-old former Green Beret suspected of detonating a Cybertruck outside a Trump hotel in Las Vegas died by suicide before the blast.
