Two passenger jets, a Delta flight and a United flight, had a close call over the weekend over Phoenix while they were preparing to land. Kris Van Cleave has the details. Planes and helicopters are being used to fight the fires burning in the Los Angeles area. Rob Marciano gives us a bird's-eye view of what that fight looks like. As the death toll from the Southern California fires mounts, nearly two dozen people remain missing. Elise Preston spoke with one family desperate to find a relative they've lost contact with since the fires broke out. The wildfires in the Los Angeles area are the latest in a string of deadly and destructive blazes happening where humans have overstepped into nature. Tom Hanson explores how this spread, combined with increased risk from climate change, contributes to the fires. President Biden reflected on his foreign policy achievements Monday, saying America is better positioned on the global stage than it was when he took office four years ago. Ed O'Keefe reports on Mr. Biden's remarks and what is still left to be done. As dangerous conditions persist, investigators are focused on finding out what caused the Palisades Fire to erupt in Southern California. Officials are probing whether embers from another fire that burned in the area could have been the cause. Jonathan Vigliotti has more. Pete Hegseth, President-elect Donald Trump's embattled pick to serve as secretary of defense, will face a Senate confirmation hearing Tuesday. Chef Anne Burrell is back for a seventh season of trying to turn some of America's worst cooks into kitchen stars. This time, however, the recruits are seven celebrities who can showcase their talents on TV and in movies, but not no so much in the kitchen. Burrell competes against Worst Cooks in America newcomer Rachael Ray to see which chef can lead one contestant to make the most impressive culinary transformation. Actors Dean Cain, Ellen Cleghorne, Jaleel White and Barry Williams join reality stars Jenni "JWoww" Farley, Chris Soules and Kendra Wilkinson in boot camp. The winning star gets $50,000 for charity and bragging rights for his or her mentor. Not all of the celebrities will make the cut, however; after an opening potluck dinner each mentor selects three recruits to be on her team, leaving one celebrity to be sent home before the competition really begins. Burrell is looking to extend her record to 5-2, while Ray looks to get the win in her first season.
Doc
Doc centers on the hard-charging, brilliant Dr. Amy Larsen, Chief of Internal and Family Medicine at Westside Hospital in Minneapolis. After a brain injury erases the last eight years of her life, Amy must navigate an unfamiliar world where she has no recollection of patients she's treated, colleagues she's crossed, the soulmate she divorced, the man she now loves and the tragedy that caused her to push everyone away. She can rely only on her estranged 17-year-old daughter, whom she remembers as a 9-year-old, and a handful of devoted friends, as she struggles to continue practicing medicine, despite having lost nearly a decade of knowledge and experience.
Destination X
Destination X sees a group of contestants go on the road trip of a lifetime but they have no idea of their location. In order to win, they must figure out their mystery locations. Once they're on the blacked-out Destination X bus, the journey turns into a real-life game board, with challenges designed to offer clues as to their location, along with a few misdirects to keep them guessing.
At the end of each episode, the contestant who places an X on a map furthest from the actual location packs their bags. The first participant to reach Destination X will be crowned the winner.
