FBI Director Christopher Wray announced Wednesday he will resign at the end of President Biden's term. Lilia Luciano has the latest. The al-Hol camp in northeast Syria holds about 6,000 women and children, the family members of Islamic State fighters who were either captured or killed. The camp is guarded by American-backed forces who control about a quarter of Syria.
