David Schechter explains. Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday responded tentatively to a U.S. proposal that would institute a 30-day ceasefire in the Ukraine war. More than 32,000 undocumented immigrants were arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in the first 50 days of President Trump's second term, the agency said this week. Three more members of the Norwegian ski jumping team were suspended Thursday over allegations that they altered their suits to make them aerodynamic. In total, five Norwegian ski jumpers have been suspended, along with the team's head coach.
