U.S. federal investigators are heading to South Korea to help figure out what caused the fiery crash landing of a Boeing jet. All but two of the 181 people on board were killed. A federal appeals court upheld the damages awarded to E. Jean Carroll, who accused Trump of raping her in a department store dressing room about 30 years ago. Tributes to former President Jimmy Carter are pouring in from all over the world, including from his five living successors. Ed O'Keefe has more.
