Preparations have started for the funeral of former President Jimmy Carter, who died Sunday at age 100. Events are set in Carter's hometown of Plains, Georgia, and in Washington, D.C. Experts from the National Transportation Safety Board, Federal Aviation Administration and Boeing joined the probe into the South Korea plane crash that killed all but two of the 181 people on board. Ramy Inocencio has the latest. Federal prosecutors say FBI agents recovered a stash of more than 150 homemade explosives at a home in Virginia.
