Scott MacFarlane reports. President Biden will deliver a national address Wednesday night from the Oval Office about his decision to end his reelection campaign. In a statement, Mr. Biden said he will discuss "what lies ahead, and how I will finish the job for the American people. Former President Donald Trump held a conference call with reporters Tuesday from Mar-a-Lago in which he attacked Vice President Kamala Harris' record and falsely claimed that she wants open borders. It's part of a new campaign tactic from Republicans who are eager to define Harris on their terms. Robert Costa has more. Vice President Kamala Harris held a campaign rally near Milwaukee Tuesday, her first since she announced her presidential campaign. The Harris campaign says she has raised more than $100 million since President Biden dropped out of the race Sunday. Weijia Jiang reports.
